She holds an MBA in Finance and has 12 years of experience in the field of accountancy & finance, strong expertise in spearheading corporate and financial planning initiatives in NGOs; designing and implementing systems to achieve financial discipline and improve the overall efficiency of the organization; strong analytical skills; ability to compile, verify, analyze, interpret and disseminate financial data to all donors and in multiple currencies; acquisition accounting and mergers; competent in statutory reporting and tax-related tasks; successful implementation analysis and management of accounting systems and procedures.
