RWAMREC is to institutionalizing Bandebereho program through the delivery of an adapted version of Program P.  Program P, is a proven evidence-based model for positively changing gender norms, and men’s associated behaviours, around fatherhood and caregiving.   RWAMREC implements this project in Musanze District where  it works with community health workers  on behaviours change of men around their uptake of unpaid care and domestic work to women’s economic empowerment (WEE).
